Brown Law Wins Another Federal Jury Trial; Anton Jenifer Free

Brown Law client Anton Jenifer won a full acquittal in federal court in January of this year (2026). Jenifer was charged with drug conspiracy but maintained his innocence from the outset. Jenifer and his legal team took the case to a jury trial in the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland. After a nearly two-week trial, the jury found Jenifer not guilty of all charges.

Brown Law has now won two of its last three federal jury trials. The other win came in United States v. Dontray Johnson. This is a remarkable feat considering more than 90 percent of federal trials result in a conviction.
